  • The role involves working under the supervision of a Development Manager. The duties include, managing the production of GIS constraint drawings, evaluating environmental and technical constraints associated with proposed renewable energy and battery storage projects, collating landowner information and production of lease maps, managing the production of site layouts, analyzing zoning ordinances, environmental constraints etc. The role offers excellent opportunity for career progression for the right candidates.

  • Experienced in the identification and evaluation of renewable energy and/or battery storage projects you may be looking for career progression or for a fresh start in a new work environment. You will have managed production of GIS constraint maps, environmental reports, conditional use permit applications, successfully negotiated landowner agreements, undertaken land title verification and associated curatives, managed community engagement and consultation. In this role you will report to the Vice President of Development.

  • You will have had extensive experience of managing all aspects of property work associated with renewable energy projects. Your experience must include compilation of title work associated with renewable energy project finance (both debt and tax equity), securing title insurance, and successful conclusion of title curative. You will also be experienced in the management of extensive leasing campaigns across multiple wind energy projects. The role will require considerable interfacing with landowners of varied backgrounds and hence you must have an outgoing and personable approach combined with an exacting attention to detail and desire to achieve results.
